5 -7 years of engineering, including 3+ hands-on technical management experience.
3+ years of professional software engineering experience building customer-facing web and/or mobile applications.

Exceptional coding abilities and experience in architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications.
Experience architecting, building, and maintaining highly available services in a sizeable service-oriented architecture (SOA).
Strong coding skills using Ruby, Java, C/C++, Scala (or equivalent programming language)
Experience shipping software to customers at scale.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Has the technical capacity and capability to partner with tech leads and architects in problem-solving.
An insatiable desire and ability to learn.
Full-stack developer with good proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, AngularJS, reactJS, Ruby, RoR, HTML5, ExpressJS, CSS/SCSS, Linux.
